Affordable Housing and Supportive Services Demonstration

This grant funds Community Action Agencies and tribes that received FY25 CSBG awards and own affordable housing units to improve housing stability and well-being. Recipients will provide direct public welfare and support services, referrals, case management, and coordination for residents, covering education, childcare, older adult care, mental health, addiction, disability services, self-sufficiency resources, financial literacy, and transportation.
