Animal and Biological Material Resource Centers (P40 Clinical Trial Not Allowed)

This grant supports Animal and Biological Material Resource Centers that provide laboratory animal colonies, informatics tools, reagents, cultures, and genetic stocks for the biomedical research community. The centers must serve multiple NIH Institutes, coordinate with new approach methodologies, and include applied research to generate comparative data that enhances the use of NAMs and improves scientific rigor and reproducibility.
