Archaeology Program Senior Research Awards

This grant supports anthropologically relevant archaeological research that advances understanding of past behaviors. It funds field research or analysis of archaeological material using multiple approaches, without geographic, temporal, or theoretical priorities. Researchers must justify the significance of their work within an anthropological context.
