Assay Validation of High Quality Markers for Clinical Studies in Cancer (UH2/UH3 Clinical Trial Not Allowed)

This grant funds investigator-initiated research to analytically and clinically validate molecular, cellular, or imaging biomarkers and assays for cancer detection, diagnosis, prognosis, monitoring, treatment response, resistance, prevention, and toxicity. It supports development of assays using human samples, including multiplex immune markers, with analytical validation in a two-year UH2 phase and clinical validation in a subsequent UH3 phase.
