BJA FY 2026 Adult Treatment Court Program

This grant supports the implementation and enhancement of Adult Treatment Court operations to prevent overdoses and reduce opioid, stimulant, and other substance use among high-risk/high-need adults in the criminal justice system. It funds courts that combine judicial supervision, treatment, testing, case management, sanctions, incentives, and recovery support services.
