BJA FY 2026 Comprehensive Opioid, Stimulant, and Substance Use Site-Based Program

This grant supports the development, implementation, or expansion of comprehensive programs addressing overdose deaths and illicit opioid, stimulant, and other substance use. It funds law-enforcement-related activities such as locating and investigating unlawful distribution, increasing access to prevention and overdose reversal medication, and expanding treatment and recovery support in communities, correctional facilities, and reentry.
