BJA FY 2026 Second Chance Act Family-Based Substance Use Disorder Treatment Program

This grant funds treatment and recovery support services for parents with substance use disorders who have minor children or are pregnant and are under correctional control. It supports family-based SUD treatment programs in jails, prisons, or alternatives to incarceration to reduce recidivism and improve reentry outcomes for parents and children. State, local, tribal governments and nonprofit or faith-based organizations may apply as specified.
