BJA FY 2026 Tribal Justice Training and Technical Assistance Program

This grant strengthens Tribal justice systems by providing specialized technical experts to help federally recognized Indian Tribes develop, implement, and enhance their justice systems. It funds work that addresses violent crime, substance-use related crime, and overdose fatalities while building sustainable legal and corrections infrastructure and improving collaboration with federal, state, and local partners.
