BJA FY 2026 Veterans Treatment Court Program

This grant supports the implementation and enhancement of veterans’ treatment courts to reduce opioid, stimulant, and other substance use among high-risk veterans in the criminal justice system. It funds integrated substance use and mental health treatment, mandatory drug testing, incentives and sanctions, and transitional services within judicially supervised court settings.
