Blueprint Neurotherapeutics Network (BPN): Small Molecule Drug Discovery and Development of Disorders of the Nervous System (UG3/UH3 Clinical Trial Optional)

This grant supports neuroscience investigators advancing small-molecule drug discovery and development for nervous system disorders, funding laboratory studies, medicinal chemistry, pharmacokinetics, toxicology, formulation, GMP synthesis, and optional Phase I clinical testing. Projects may start at discovery to optimize hits or at development to reach IND-enabling studies and early clinical trials.
