This program funds projects that deepen knowledge of factors supporting the growth of creative startups with disruptive or cross-sectoral innovation potential, develop and test effective methods for their growth, and showcase scaling examples. It also requires demonstrating that at least one supported startup becomes a scale-up or brings a disruptive innovation to market.
