CHEERS Open Period 2 - All Technical Areas

This grant seeks white papers, and possibly later technical and cost proposals, for research that meets the CHEERS Multiple Authority Announcement objectives. It funds work developing or testing ordnance, signal, chemical, transportation, energy, medical, space-flight, telecommunications, and aeronautical supplies or designs needed for national defense. It is limited to efforts complying with 10 USC 4023.
