Citizenship education as part of lifelong learning

This program funds projects that develop tools and recommendations for policymakers, educators and other actors to create more lifelong civic and citizenship learning opportunities, especially using digital means. It supports work that helps citizens of all ages and backgrounds participate in democratic life and make informed choices in elections.
