Climate Change Adaptation

This grant funds projects that support the EU’s long-term climate-adaptation vision by reinforcing adaptive capacity, strengthening resilience, and reducing vulnerability. It can finance work such as implementing adaptation policies and strategies, developing climate-risk assessment tools, nature-based solutions, climate-proof infrastructure, and adaptation measures for agriculture, forestry, water management, health, and financial-innovation collaborations.
