Climate Program Office (CPO) FY2026 Earth System Science and Services Partnership

This grant supports research, programs, projects and other activities that advance NOAA’s mission by improving understanding and prediction of changes in the atmosphere, oceans, coasts, land, ice and their effects on ecosystems, weather, hazards, communities and infrastructure. It is for academic institutions of higher learning offering doctoral degrees in NOAA-related sciences, consortia of such institutions, or non-profit research institutions.
