Community Economic Development Projects

This grant provides discretionary funds to Community Development Corporations to create jobs and support business development for low-income individuals. It funds well-planned, financially viable, innovative projects—both construction and non-construction—that recruit, employ, and retain low-income workers and ensure businesses remain viable for at least one year. It targets urban and rural areas, especially underserved communities.
