Competitive Personal Responsibility Education Program

This grant funds the development and implementation of the Personal Responsibility Education Program in states that do not accept FY2026 allocations for State PREP. It supports educational projects for youth ages 10-19 and pregnant or parenting youth under 21, focusing on abstinence, contraception, and at least three adulthood preparation subjects such as healthy relationships, financial literacy, and career success.
