Cooperative Agreement for affiliated Partner with the Great Rivers Cooperative Ecosystem Studies Unit

This grant funds novel research by Great Rivers CESU partners to develop Bayesian statistical methods for analyzing passive bat acoustic monitoring data, estimating species occurrence and relative abundance at un-surveyed sites, and linking them to environmental predictors. The work should address spatial correlation, multiple observer information, and misclassification in acoustic datasets.
