Correctness for Scientific Computing Systems (CS2)
This joint NSF-DOE program supports research that makes scientific computing tools and workflows fundamentally correct, addressing faults such as numerical errors, data races, deadlocks, memory faults, and specification violations. It funds work that develops correctness proofs, static and runtime analyses, and methods that place correctness on par with performance.
