Developmental Sciences (DS)

This grant supports basic research that advances understanding of perceptual, cognitive, linguistic, social, cultural, and biological processes in human development across the lifespan. It funds studies on developmental processes in domains such as perception, cognition, emotion, language, and motor skills, using multidisciplinary, multi-method, longitudinal approaches and investigating influences like family, peers, culture, genetics, and epigenetics.
