Disaster Assistance for State Units on Aging (SUAs) and Tribal Organizations

This grant provides disaster reimbursement and assistance to State Units on Aging and federally recognized Tribal Organizations that receive Title VI funding under the Older Americans Act. It funds gap-filling services such as outreach, counseling, case management, advocacy, food, supplies, equipment replacement, staff overtime, emergency medication, transportation and other immediate needs in declared disaster areas.
