DoW Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis Research Program, Clinical Outcomes and Biomarkers Award

This grant supports development and validation of clinical outcomes and biomarkers to enhance ALS clinical trials, including susceptibility, diagnostic, monitoring, prognostic, predictive, response, or safety biomarkers. It also funds creation or optimization of clinician-, observer-, or patient-reported outcome measures, potentially using digital health tools such as wearables, smartphone sensors, video, voice, or imaging. Community collaboration is emphasized.
