This grant funds rapid implementation of ALS clinical trials, from phase 1 to small phase 2 studies, focusing on biomarker-driven disease-modifying interventions or improvements in clinical care and symptom management. Projects must launch within 12 months (or 18 months for FDA-regulated studies) and include community collaboration and a regulatory strategy.
