This grant supports partnerships among academic institutions, government, industry, and non-profits to improve research infrastructure and R&D capacity in eligible EPSCoR jurisdictions. It funds hypothesis-driven or problem-driven research and the development of research teams and products that align with a jurisdiction’s science and technology priorities.
