This program supports innovation ecosystems in Widening countries to build stronger links between academia, business, government and society. It funds projects that develop sustainable regional research and innovation ecosystems, joint strategies, investment plans, pilot R&I activities, skill development, and new business opportunities for SMEs, university spin-offs and start-ups, especially in deep-tech areas.
