FY 2027 International Visitor Leadership Program’s National Program Agencies

This grant funds cooperative agreements to cover staff expenses and overhead for National Program Agencies that design and run short-term professional exchange visits for current and emerging international leaders. It supports customized visits that align with U.S. foreign policy goals and participants’ professional interests.
