FY26 COPS Technology and Equipment Program

This grant provides funding for state, territorial, local, Tribal and other designated entities to develop and acquire law-enforcement equipment, technologies and interoperable communications that help prevent and respond to crime and expand community policing. The equipment must meet applicable National Institute of Standards and Technology law-enforcement standards.
