Groundwater and Surficial Water Salinity Changes in Everglades National Park using Aerial Electromagnetic Surveys

This grant funds aerial electromagnetic surveys to map current saltwater intrusion in the Everglades’ groundwater and surface waters. The work will combine new data with three decades of prior surveys to assess habitat loss and project future freshwater-saltwater interface trends for restoration management.
