This program funds innovations in power electronics, such as wide-bandgap substrates, 300 mm GaN/SiC platforms, new semiconductor devices, intelligent control or sensing, advanced packaging, heterogeneous integration, and AI-driven design and characterization. It supports work that improves performance, reliability, cost-competitiveness and EU supply-chain resilience.
