Marine Geology and Geophysics (MG&G)

This grant supports research on all aspects of marine geology and geophysics in ocean basins, margins, and the Great Lakes. It funds studies of structure, tectonics, paleoceanography, hydrogeology, hydrothermal processes, sedimentology, geohazards, coastal processes, and related field data acquisition, laboratory experiments, methods development, and modeling.
