Middle East Regional Cooperation (MERC)

This grant supports joint scientific research and innovation partnerships between the United States, Israel, and at least one MENA country, funding applied projects that address shared regional challenges and have clear potential for application, commercialization, and broader adoption. It prioritizes collaborations that strengthen U.S. technological leadership, expand opportunities for U.S. businesses, and build long-term regional partnerships.
