National Indian Health Outreach and Education

This grant supports outreach and education to improve health care for AI/AN communities, including health education, rural health transformation outreach, substance-abuse and suicide prevention, domestic-violence prevention, the special diabetes program, tribal budget formulation, and tribal youth health advisory activities. It funds training, technical assistance and awareness-building projects aligned with these components.
