OJJDP FY 2026 Family Treatment Court Program

This grant supports state and local courts, local government units, and federally recognized Tribal governments to create or improve family treatment courts. It funds courts that provide intensive judicial monitoring and interventions for parents with substance use or co-occurring mental health disorders who are involved with child welfare due to abuse, neglect, or parenting issues.
