OJJDP FY 2026 Second Chance Act Youth Reentry Program

This grant supports states, local governments, federally recognized Native American Tribal governments, and community-based organizations to provide comprehensive reentry services for moderate- to high-risk youth before, during, and after confinement, and to fund transitional services that help them successfully reenter the community. It encourages collaborations among agencies, Tribes, and faith-based groups to address reentry challenges and reduce recidivism.
