This grant funds the creation of a trusted AI supply chain credentialing and provenance platform to secure AI supply chains in partner countries. It also supports building a “Silicon Highway,” a digital-physical corridor that speeds logistics and compliance with cryptographic cargo verification, AI-driven risk assessment, and pre-approved processing.
