Pilot Projects to Enhance the Human Virome Program (R03 Clinical Trials Not Allowed)

This grant supports small pilot projects that extend the Human Virome Program’s goals, such as validating, improving, or complementing its tools, using human or animal specimens, expanding cohorts or sampling sites, and developing new assays or methods to study the virome and its functional interactions with the host. Applicants outside the current consortium are encouraged to apply.
