Promoting Civilizational Values

This grant seeks proposals to strengthen European countries and institutions’ ability to protect freedom of expression, political pluralism, and national self-government. It funds work that enhances these democratic values in line with the U.S. National Security Strategy’s focus on building healthy nations in Central, Eastern, and Southern Europe.
