Research Projects to Enhance Applicability of Mammalian Models for Translational Research (R01 Clinical Trial Not Allowed)

This grant funds projects that expand, improve, or transform mammalian cancer and tumor models to make them robust representations of human biology for translational research. It supports work demonstrating how to overcome translational deficiencies, defining new model uses, advancing standard practices, testing validation approaches, or challenging current translational model practices.
