RESTORE Act Centers of Excellence Research Grants Program

This grant funds the creation of one or more Centers of Excellence in the Gulf Coast Region to conduct science, technology, and monitoring work. It supports research and solutions in coastal sustainability, fisheries and wildlife monitoring, offshore energy development, resilient economic growth, and comprehensive Gulf of Mexico observation and mapping. Eligible recipients are nongovernmental entities and consortia, including higher-education institutions.
