Rural Decentralized Water System Grant Program

This grant helps low-to-moderate-income individuals finance household water wells or individually owned decentralized wastewater systems. It funds nonprofit organizations to run a revolving fund that provides loans or sub-grants for constructing, refurbishing, rehabilitating, or replacing such systems, and may cover related administrative costs.
