State Process for Informing Consumers of Recalls Program

This grant funds a state’s development of a recall notification program that determines open motor-vehicle recalls, informs owners and lessees at registration, and evaluates program performance. It supports creating and implementing the notification process and reporting methods used to NHTSA.
