Structurally addressing homelessness through coordinated social infrastructure and services in neighbourhoods
This program funds projects that generate evidence on the structural social infrastructure and services needed to address homelessness at neighbourhood level and improve their availability and accessibility for homeless groups. It supports systemic interventions that develop coordinated physical places and public or community facilities that enable access to healthcare, employment, education, community integration and other social services.
