Tackling child poverty and ensuring disadvantaged children's access to Early Childhood Education and Care

This program funds projects that generate EU-specific evidence on the cost of child poverty and the benefits of ensuring disadvantaged children’s participation in quality early childhood education and care. It supports work that defines disadvantaged children beyond monetary measures and provides policymakers with operational advice to reduce costs and close participation gaps.
