The Primary Prevention Youth Homelessness Demonstration Program
This grant funds strategies and services that prevent homelessness for youth and young adults ages 12-26, especially those at high risk such as victims of trafficking, substance abuse, mental health issues, or transitioning from foster care, juvenile justice, or behavioral health settings. Recipients must involve youth in project design, create advisory boards, and take part in a federal evaluation.
