Tribal Management Grant (TMG) Program

This grant helps tribes and tribal organizations prepare to assume all or part of existing Indian Health Service program functions, services, and activities, and to develop and improve their health management capabilities. It funds work that builds capacity for managing health programs under the Self-Determination and Education Assistance Act.
