U.S. Wildland Fire Service BLM-National Interagency Fire Center (NIFC) Joint Fire Science Program (JFSP) Primary Announcement

This grant funds research on the drivers of changing wildfire regimes and smoke impacts from prescribed fire and wildfire. It supports projects that develop better forecasting models, datasets, or tools, explore future fire scenarios with managers, and create monitoring protocols to detect tipping points and assess ecosystem and community risks.
