Understanding and tackling the decline of insects

This program funds research that improves understanding of insect status, population trends and decline drivers, and develops tools for authorities, land managers and society to address those drivers. It supports projects that link insect biodiversity to ecosystem services, climate mitigation and socioeconomic applications such as medicine, forensic science and biotechnology.
