Unmanned systems and counter-unmanned systems

This grant funds projects that increase production capacity and reduce lead times for unmanned and counter-unmanned systems in Ukraine, improve supply reliability, and support cross-border cooperation and industrial base strengthening. It requires proposals to define and track KPIs such as output, lead-time reduction, line availability, and workforce training.
