Youth-Driven Social Media Design: Safe, Inclusive, and Publicly-Owned Social Media

This grant funds the development and first roll-out of youth-driven, safe, inclusive and publicly-owned social media platforms, aiming for sustainable adoption and impact on the European decentralised social media ecosystem. It supports projects that generate insights on youth mental-health needs, contribute to ActivityPub and ATProtocol software stacks, and explore business models that benefit youth while reducing risks.
