Demonstrating place-based experimentation and innovation spaces as enabling environments for scaling EU Missions

This program funds territories in EU Member States and Associated countries to design and demonstrate governance, regulatory, financing and procurement models that enable scaling of novel solutions for EU Missions. It supports place-based experimentation and the creation of replicable best-practice models for multi-level implementation. Consortia must be led by local authorities.
